You mean "Soucando" or "Gulyashando" or "one-dish-meal" or "fechuada" ???

And if they do a bit of dynamic diversity, they play the pp so soft, nobody can 
hear the wrong notes,
and they play the loud passages so loud, that nobody can hear the wrong notes 
either because 
shot deaf.

Why ? Inadequate musical education plus inadequate conductor, better said 
pult criminal.
