There is a problem that the hugin GUI isn't optimised for 
bracketing.  Some bracketed stacks need aligning, some could be 
linked to just share the same orientation (nona already supports 
this, but it isn't available in the GUI).

We have align_image_stack which works well, but it isn't available 
in the GUI unless you misuse the autopano setting.

We have match-n-shift which works around the issue by wrapping both 
autopano-sift-C and align_image_stack, it looks at EXIF shutter 
speeds to decide which to use and this is fragile.
