Good point. Anyway GUI applications usually aren't designed with this
philosophy, so that's one explanation on why it doesn't work; another is
because lots of time it doesn't make sense at all.
But then you find stuff like jack over there that glues graphical apps,
greatness!! (with its problems and limitations, it's been a pain for me to
discover that qtjack doesn't store the configuration, and it is actually
stored on a .jackdrc file on my home...) :-P.

Nope, I'm not a politician, I'm actually more of an anarchist if I was
something. I'm just stating that every option has its pros and its cons...
and that I WOULD actually prefer h2 as it is now than daw-like. But you can
bet I won't turn my back to h2 if it ends up being an amazing daw.
What I was trying to say with this politician-approach is that in the
commercial world everyone wants you to just use their programs, be hooked to
them and hence they usually provide all-in-one solutions.

Summarizing: I like it as it is (well, with a better gui), you prefer it
different? perfect, it's your oppinion. By no means I'm going to try to
impose my thoughts to anyone, just share them.

Salut i porrons!
