jadi pengen tahu
kalau setelah pulang terus SBY bilang "udah kasihkan saja Cepu ke exxon"
dengan kompensasi "bla-bla" yang kita enggak tahu...
kira - kira BPMigas tetap akan bertahan enggak ya untuk tetap menentang
kalau memang secara "perhitungan" BPMigas hal itu merugikan/ tidak terlalu
menguntungkan...
yang saya ingin tahu sampai sejauh mana kewenangan BPMigas dengan segala
argument ekonomik dan teknik dalam memutuskan pemberian field ke operator
(terutama asing)..?

Tidak ada aturan bahwa kontrak itu mesti diperpanjang. Maka kalau
diperpanjang, tentu akan ada negosiasi (biasanya panjang dan alot) tentang
terms of contract, termasuk pembagian split, masalah FTP, dll. Kontrak
baru (hasil perpanjangan) harus lebih menguntungkan pemerintah
dibandingkan yang tercantum pada kontrak sebelumnya - itu saja hukum
negosiasi perpanjangan kontrak. Bila tidak, buat apa diperpanjang ?
