z/OS 1.4 changes nothing in this area that I know of. There were fixes
to DB2 (thanks Greg) to keep the number of LX's chewed up to 1 (I think
it was 4 per recycle prior to the fix). Do you have the DB2 fix on (it
may have only been for V7, I would need to research).

BTW, you didn't answer my questions.  I'm curious, what do specify for
RSVNONR now?   What other subsytems (besides DB2) are causing you problems
that you recycle regularly?
