Don't OPTIONS and UTILITY entries need to reside in the GLOBAL
zone, leaving the possibility of name conflicts.  Do you,
the customer rename all OPTIONS, UTILITY, and zone names to
eliminate such conflicts?

And multiple CSIs under a single global removes the possibility
of explicit REQ of IBM service PTFs.
