When the businesses are saying they can't get trained people seems like they're yelling at the CS departments and IBM to get a program together? Granted don't see turning out 10,000 bit twiddlers a year as a goal but IT is a myriad of skills based on fundamental algorithms. Seems like the easiest way is to make .edu pricing and financing easier.
