I may have never seen the tools; I've never seen the discipline - which was my 
(poorly stated) point.

I have never seen a *ix person follow proper change control.
I've seen mainframers do it for over 25 years.

I'm not bashing PC's, nor did I in any of my responses.
I bashed the (lack of) discipline of pfcsk's!
