Or the transcription was done through software with no human hands, it misheard 
SYSPLEX as CICSPlex, and happens to know how to spell CICSPlex?

Yes, I had been thinking that. The only way I can see this happening is if it 
was deliberate. Could he be confused about SYSPLEX being CICSPLEX? That would 
make "cash" either just an error or a joke.
