I have been working on it.
- We could not get the agreement of changing the IME icon because people
might confuse if the icon would not show IME.
- My team would like to avoid the static language bar on desktop.
- Multiple icons might not follow the design of StatusIcon because
StatusIcon can show one icon by instance and each icon is independent:

- Applet could not be an option because Applet source codes need to be
built with each desktop panel libraries and gnome-panel is no longer
available in Fedora.
Now we're thinking a dynamic window for IME properties, which can be shown
whenever users wish to show it.
