Encore's liquor locker is rather minimal... Mount Gay for the obligatory toast to Neptune at the beginning of each voyage, tequila for the sunrises during afternoon cocktail hour (and possibly with breakfast as well), Bud (all my beer-drinking sailor friends like it), water, coke (regular and diet). We've also been known to have vodka on cruises for the bloody marys and screwdrivers. Nothing very fancy....
