On Persephone, we used to routinely toast with Prosecco (as my sailing partner is Italian) and Stella Artois (as my mother is Belgian) but in the last year, we've shifted to San Pelligrino and H2O since I've decided alcoholic beverages were not wise for me or for my partners (in excess). For some folks like me, shoving off without the booze is just a much better idea, regardless of Uncle Sam.
