On Cold Days,    Hot Chocolate and Brandy
On Hot Days,     Salty Dog  ( Grapefruit juice and Gin, touch of salt on the 
rim)
Mornings,           Screwdriver (OJ and Vodka)  Or........ Bloody Mary (Tomato 
juice and Vodka)
Noon,                 Chilled Pinot Gris or Viognier ( all Oregon made whites 
of course )
Dinner,               Pinot Noir  (slightly cooled)  Sadly too often, Reds are 
served Too warm, Whites Too cold !
Evening,             Martini   ( Gin only, there's no such thing as a Vodka 
martini )
Night                 Cognac  ( warmed or ambient )

Not all are always onboard, but when guests are expected, I stock up.
