Hi

I seen the article. Well, I agree with these all
points and myths.

But despite of the all security, crashproofness and
scalability, I have some doubts here.

Point 1: Does technology is for human race or human
race is for technology?
Point 2: Can only tech wizards keep hold of these
precious Unix Machniene and why not the common person.
Why should not?
Point 3: Is Linux userfriendly? I am person with eight
years experience in Industry. And still struggling to
get X-windows up and running. Is it fault of my years
earned experience and knowledge or non-user
friendliness of Linux?
Point -4: What about online instantly avaliable help
in Linux?
Point-5: Why should I have to move from one site to
another begging for the support for Linux? and nobody
answers correctly for the solution.
Point -6: Why there is lots of versions and
variations, different providers and incompatiblities
in Linux itself?why Linux eventhough open and free not
able to be uninque and having one standard?

Point -7: Last but not least , the open standard group
not able to come up with clear cut solution for those
companies who cry for open stadards but want to keep
technologies under there control ( here I mean Java -
Sun Microsystems)?

I know this is pinching practicality. We human race
always make a group and throws stones to other group.
I feel let us avoid this groupism, remove faults from
ours and then show the world what we are, change
ourselves and then change the world!!!!!

I sincerely request the answers for above points. I
also expect brickbats now. No problems. I have written
this from the only point that technology is for the
human race and it should serve the purpose reaching to
the last part of the society and benefiting it. It
should not be under control of any one who has
monoploy, or who has knowledge to handle it. Both are
dangerous to humand race. That is why history seen
French Revolution,Russian Revoltion and Indian Freedom
fight.

With best and sincere wishes

Ankush
