With the current level of participation, it is not feasible to hire a
venue. And hiring a place which will provide us with the equipment
we'd like to have (projector etc.) will be even more expensive and
will require even more members to participate. So it is better that
the LUG meets where space can be found for a meeting. Meetings with
fewer participants are better than no meeting at all. And as news of
the excellent chai and singara at the meetings goes around (and Linux
of course), we can expect participation to go up.

We need people to volunteer space that they can offer for the
occasional thek. I can offer a spare room for LUG meetings for the
next 6 months or so, but I think it is better to rotate the venue so
that if one venue is not so convenient for some participants, there's
a chance that the next venue wil be.
