Thanks to all those that have provided responses on how I might be able to
network my iMac with the 6400.

My reason for trying to hook them up is so that I can use either computer to
work on any given file. I figured that if the kids were going to be doing
their homework on one machine that I shouldn't boot them out. The Performa
is slower despite having a 400Mhz G3 upgrade card but it has more
capabilities (for one thing, the kids need the floppy drive to save their
homework on). So, depending on what my kids and I do at any given time, I
can decide which machine to let them use (or have them switch machines with
me, which would be a big hassle if the two machines aren't networked).

Both PCI slots on the Performa have already been used -- a USB card, an ix3D
card (for more screen colors). I can't remember if there's anything plugged
into the Comm II slot - that might be my option.

Thanks, Everyone!

Regards,
Kevin
