I use Photoshop's built in "automate" feature which will create the entire web page; html code, pics, everything. I just drop the entire folder (appropriately named) in to .mac Sites folder and it use it as a directory.

Yup. I am a dialup user and that's exactly what I do, then use iPhoto to publish to .mac. Still the easiest way I know to put photos on the web. BTW if you select the "e-mail" option from iPhoto it automatically reduces the image to 640x480 before attaching it to an e-mail. Very handy way to send a quickie e-mail of a high resolution image in iPhoto.
