Is your main goal to share an internet connection, or to share files? If you just want to share an internet connection, I'd pick up a 4 port router that has a serial port for a modem, an external 56k modem, and a couple of Ethernet cables. This would be better than running internet sharing software because:
-No extra software on either machine. -Don't need to turn the PC on to use internet on the Mac. -When the PC crashes or needs to be restarted the Mac doesn't loose its internet connection. -You're all set if you ever get cable/DSL. -Could be cheaper than internet sharing software, if you buy the parts on eBay. on 9/12/03 4:34 PM, [EMAIL PROTECTED] at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > When is Panther coming out again?
