This is why I hate pirates. Not only do they hurt the Mac developer community by stealing, they pass on BAD INFO.
Take it from a real developer I work with who has legitimate access to Panther ... it still has many serious bugs in it. DO NOT pirate a copy and use it on a machine that has any data you care about. Yes Panther is fast. Yes it's cool. But you can freakin' wait a month or so till it comes out, fer fsck's sake.*
*pure speculation on my part as to when it will be released. Could be tomorrow for all I know.
