    Wait a minute!  I see no reason to ban an AOL user.  I'm using AOL for Mac X v10.3 
and obviously  it's posting to this list (which does not allow HTML postings.)   AOL 
can read plain text emails.  And it can send in plain text (from Mac version for X) by 
going to  www.aol.com  and sending the mail from there.  The fact that AOL chose to 
make HTML it's default setting is no reason to ban AOL users.  If you don't want 
people posting HTML to your email lists, set the lists not to accept it.  Don't just 
automatically ban AOL users because HTML is it's email default setting.
