Routers, even wireless ones, really shouldn't have any system requirements. Wireless cards or USB wireless adapters will probably need drivers and require a certain OS though. I'm using a cheap generic 802.11b wireless router that I got off eBay, and the only wireless computer I have is a 90 MHz Pentium 1 PC laptop, running Windows 95.
