Buy a Mac that was designed for OS X, run 9.2.2 on the machine you have now, and pat yourself on the back for being extremely clever when the day comes to transfer your data and you can do it extremely quickly via Firewire Target Disk Mode because YOU were smart enough to invest in the HARMONi.
I second this: I would *never* dream of trying to use any version of OS X on my Rev. D tray-loader, which runs 9.2.2 OK (considering it just has 160 MB of memory). I don't see how anyone runs OS X on a tray-loader, unless the HD has been replaced (8 MB? I don't think you'd have any room left for any documents, 3rd-party apps, MP3s, etc.)
