The WindowsNT resource kit comes with DNSCMD.EXE, a command-line tool for 
admining the MS DNS server. It interfaces very well to any front end, 
however, I won't lie to you--it's a tad quirky. If you have a developer or 
2 at your disposal, you could always make a front-end that made RPC calls 
to the server engine itself as well.
