Again, I'm not a pro.  I think there's a utility on the Ipswitch page to
automate forwarding creations, as they're helpful for SPAM protection.
Simply set up a forward on the accounts to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (your new
server's IP address).  Once the DNS is fully updated, the old box won't get
hit anymore, and you can phase it out.
