Bones,

you have delegation errors:
ns1.coxfiber.net is only list in delegation data (in the roots but
not in NS RR's)
look at this junk:
# dig @a.root-servers.net chartway.com ns
; <<>> DiG 8.2 <<>> @a.root-servers.net chartway.com ns
; (1 server found)
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
;; got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 6
;; flags: qr rd; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 2, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 2
;; QUERY SECTION:
;; chartway.com, type = NS, class = IN
;; ANSWER SECTION:
chartway.com. 2D IN NS NS1.COXFIBER.NET.
chartway.com. 2D IN NS NS2.COXFIBER.NET.
This means all the great advice we're giving you about your chartway
NS's is probably not also being put into the coxfiber NS's, so you're
delegation faults will cause navigation/mail pb's.
ns2.chartway.com is not listed in delegation data but is listed in the NS RR's.
you just can't make up NS records in you DNS cause you feel like
it. The NS records you put in your DNS have to match those in the
root-servers.net glue records, to keep the forward zone delegation valid.
Your mail server is an open relay. You will be soon buried,
Bones. woof woof :)))

130 and 68 are both the Imail box??
You're pretty skeletal about what you're trying to accomplish! Help
