You will need to setup your SMTP to that of the dial-up service ie.
Mail.earthlink.net
That should solve your problem

Are these people using your dial-up, or another ISP like MSN?  MSN has just
started blocking SMTP access.  The only way to know for sure if this is the
problem is to try telneting to port 25 (SMTP); if you can't get there, but
can get to port 110 (POP3), then you're almost certainly dealing with port
25 blocking (unless of course your SMTP service is down, but you can check
that locally).
