Yes, the correct thing to do if you have customers using ISPs that don't offer access 
to remote SMTP servers is either to use that ISP's mail server, or to offer access on 
another port.  Using another port can be tricky, and can cause some problems in the 
long run, but it's the only way to deal with the ISPs that don't allow access to 
remote SMTP servers, and force you to use a return address on their domain.
