One of our customers has recently converted from Web Messaging [IMail 7.05 HF2] to Outlook 2000 and the users are now reporting delivery error messages. It seems that in the cases I have investigated that the recipients come from distribution lists. Looking into the logs shows that before the recipients from the list, one or more "empty" userids appear. As far as I can see all valid users receive the message. Can anyone explain where the < > users come from?
