Coming late to this tread (I'm using digest mode) but did anyone notice that
the duplicate downloads alternate between "cheryl" and "Cheryl"? This is
probably a silly question but is it possible that this user has set up two
identities/profiles in an e-mail client that is case-sensitive for these?
