Of course the user is denying that anything is on her end. And she is not
just a user, she is a customer

This shows that your user connected at 12:08:02 and downloaded 2 E-mails 
without deleting them, and then connected 9 seconds later and downloaded 
the same 2 E-mails, but deleted them this time.

It seems to be an issue on the user's end.
