exactly. I've never heard of anybody here having trouble setting up Declude.TK> for filtering all of this junk mail?You could try IMGATE but based on the rest of your message the technical capacity of your organization probably rules that out.
While most IMGate admins that come from IMail having little or no *nix experience have had little or no trouble setting up IMGate, it sounds like your engineers won't get along any better with IMGate. I suggest you take yr problems to the Declude list.
