Declude is the easiest program to setup.

If your "engineers" did have problems setting it up, you might consider
finding a teenager with just a little bit of computer skills because he can
probably do it in a few minutes.

I have used several junkmail programs for a couple of platforms and Declude
is by far the best.

The support you get from Declude is outstanding.

The "value" of Declude is outstanding and I think it is hard to find a
cheaper solution.
