It was more of a frustration with feedback from the techs than it was my own experience. I have my hands full with other projects, and haven't gotten directly involved with this one. I had figured 2 other guys on it would suffice. I had a hard time believing that it could be that difficult, and for the price, I would have thought that it would have had a more user-friendly interface, based again on the feedback I am receiving. I still haven't touched it myself. I did try to get them going by requesting samples of other's lists here, and got one response...forwarded it on to the techs. I guess that it didn't help.
I recommended this to my company based on the fact that it looked as though people here were very happy with the product. In fact, I hadn't read any negative comments since I put myself on the Declude Forum list. I will admit, I've tried to encourage these guys to join both the Imail and the Declude Forums, and post their questions, and I haven't seen a message one from them, which adds to my frustration. I myself can't believe that it's that complicated in this day and age. I do apologize for the '...pain in the...' statement...just a moment of frustration. I doubt that the issue is bad techs, per se, as I've seen them to some great things. In this case, who knows, maybe we all went about it wrong...or maybe the software doesn't follow our way of working.... R. Scott Perry, I'm sorry if you've taken great offense for this, I don't know how much you and my boss have spoken on this subject...I fear not enough. Do what you must. Dennis T.
