Thanks,  Sandy.  Just looking for a confirmation on this. I don't have
the  IPs  of  my many remote users and most are dynamic on dialups all
over the world. If you read the docs on store and forward, it does not
state clearly that they can still operate if this relay mode is on. It
could  be  read that only IPs that are in this list will pass mail and
no others.
