My 2 cents: Wierd error. I suggest you start debugging it. If I were you I would start by having the user making a ping to what is supose to be the SMTP server (your Imail server I believed). Then I would check if his/her netscape is using that same SMTP configuration. Maybe this step is first...jejeje. Sometimes (a lot of reasons involved, but I don't know your case), the SMTP address is pinging to a different server and not to your IMAIL server. If SMTP configuration goes exactly to your IMAIL server and it is pinging all right, then you are sure that IMAIL is receiveing the relay request. in that case turn your head to your log file.. They are screaming the answer to your problem..
also.. check out your kill list in case your client's FROM address or domain is not in there. Also.. make sure your client has the correct smtp authentication you require for anybody to send an Imail. I hope it helps Luis Arango ----- Original Message ----- From: "HostMaster" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, January 27, 2003 8:41 AM Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Mirroring an iMail server: Now OT > Hey guys and gal: > > Have you ever seen this problem ???
