Yowza.. 900 bucks to ghost a box it tuff to swallow.. couldn't one acheive
the same result by utilizing the old NT4 AT command in conjunction with
XCopy?  I've used the native XCopy, DOS Command, to copy open files and
didn't have any issues.  The AT command could be used to establish a
'backup' routine.
