Terry, When you said you edited your config.nt file, did you simply change the files= to 60, and add the shell= command to the default file, or did you delete the default lines and only put those 2 lines in your config.nt file? Just FYI, none of the suggestions have helped this server whatsoever.  The registry change, installing Declude Confirm, nothing.  So, I'm going at your suggestion now.  :-)  I'm hoping you were in as bad a shape as I, and what you did works. It had definitely      been discussed a lot in the past but I think a lot of problems      have been solved by following Scott's excellent resource page.
