Scott,

It's a shame that such a bug exists, is known about, yet the software
manufacturer doesn't work around it. We had this same version of IMail
running on an NT server with half the memory, and a quarter of the processor
power, and never had an issue. It's only since we switched to the new box
running 2K. It's more of a shame when IPSwitches tech support says, and I
quote exactly, "The machine sounds a bit lost inside.

Please run through the 7.13 install and reboot the server.
Your configuration will be preserved."

Are they serious, "sounds a bit lost inside"???? Who are they hiring to do
their tech support?

So, with this, I guess I have to accept IPSwitches downfall here (I know
it's a Windows problem at root, but since it affects IPSwitch's software, I
feel they should do something to work around it and not ignore it), and do
something to fix this problem.

Scott, (and everyone else who responded), thank you for your time. It seems
I will be trying Declude Confirm to see if that fixes the problem

Chris
