I remember this very well. I had followed the dq.htm instructions
as had a lot of other people and I seemed to be the only one

A good many IPSWITCH staff are aware but that certainly does not
mean the person you talked to knew about it. It had definitely
been discussed a lot in the past but I think a lot of problems
have been solved by following Scott's excellent resource page.
