I realize this Scott.. honestly.. but how come I'm still able to use a hotmail.com account to send mail to the broken mx?.. and not IMail? Is there a way I could force IMail to auto send to there secondary server?
You're confusing this issue (a broken MX record) with the other "secondary MX ignored" issue.
In this case, the problem is 100% on their end. What is happening is that IMail can't reach their primary mailserver for some reason (perhaps it's down, perhaps they have mistakenly blacklisted you, a temporarily glitch, whatever). IMail then *correctly* goes to the secondary MX record. The secondary MX record for the broken hswcorp.com domain says "That user doesn't exist" (which is why they are SEVERELY BROKEN). IMail then properly bounces the E-mail.
The problem here lies completely with hswcorp.com, and nobody will debate otherwise. They have broken DNS that will cause a percentage of their E-mail from *anywhere* to get bounced. That's the same problem I warned all IMail users about a week or two ago.
