I can understand your need to migrate to other software. We have lost
many of our web mail users to other providers and this has been very
costly for us indeed. I don't know how many thousands of dollars I
have lost, but it is a lot. It seems Ipswitch doesn't care at all
sometimes about such issues or the devastating effect of such changes
on providers of email services. This is very disturbing. I have had
many many request to go back to 5.x after upgrading to 7.x-8.x... so I
spent thousands with Ipswitch only to loose thousands. Does that sound
like an upgrade?
We are near the point of finally giving up on Ipswitch too. They are
just not taking this problem seriously at all, or the problem is
something which cannot be identified. After all these years this is a
very upsetting issue. I supposed I really could go back to 5.x, but
then my SMTP AUTH is broken...
