It seems that the original post mentioned that this issue included 7.x and
8.x. Since it is clear that there are many people here having absolutely NO
problem with these, and there are people having many problems, lets work to
identify the common thread here. For those having a problem, have you tried
disabling EVERY external program that is not Imail? Kill virus, IIS,
junkmail, everything, and start from the beginning with just Imail.
Hopefully the prob. dissapears, and you can add other services 1 by 1 until
you isolate the issue.
Note: Due to the nature of some programs not truely disabling, you may be
required to do this on a different machine and start fresh, adding services
1 by 1.
