Which gateway server do you recommend?
That depends on your specific situation.
Some people will use IMail as the gateway, because they are familiar with IMail. If price isn't an issue, that's often the best way to go.
Other options would include IMGate or Microsoft SMTP. These require more of a learning curve and/or other addons to get the anti-spam and/or anti-virus functionality.
