John, were you looking for a web interface for the POP3 mailboxes on Windows2003?
I spoke to a program manager at Micrsoft responsible for the next version of the IIS POP3 Service. There is currently no available UI for the pop mailbox content. There are companies that will render email to a web format pulling the content using POP3. If we're talking about license violations here then try talking about using Imail on Windows 95, 98, XP, 2000 (not Server) that are not to be used as servers. They all have built in concurrent connection limits of between 5 and 20 connections, but since Imail is a third party software it gets around this built in limit. Those here trying to find technical violations of the Windows Server 2003 Web Edition License Agreement with a magnifying glass and can't find any may want to take some time to look at the above product License Agreements.
