We have reached a solution, and we are about to implement it. The idea of this solution is:

We have 10 domains and we need the users to have their domains as aliases for theses domains, but the host aliases are limited to 25 alias.This means that we are limited to 250 domain.
-We thought about creating a.domain1.com, b.domain1.com, c.domain1.com,..........., z.domain1.com, a.domain2.com, b.domain2.com, ......z.domain2.com,.........z.domain10.com
-This will make 260 domain instead of 10
-Then we have 25 alias for each domain, this makes 25*260=6500 domains
-This will solve our problem now, when the number exceeds 6500, we can sart creating ab.domain1.com, ac.domain1.com, ...etc
-This idea will limit the actual number of the domains to 250 domain, and in the same time still have 6500 domains for the users (who will not know what's happening behind the login page).
This idea has a main problem: We need this process to be done automatically, but there is NO tool to add HOST ALIAS. So, can anybody help me adding host aliases automatically? Has anybody involved in this issue before?

ok, does anyone else here have acceptable performance after scaling Imail
to 5K to 10K mail domains?

If stuff like what Scott recommended (your Imail won't scale because it's
not using registered RAM) or the well-known "slow registry with W2003
server" problem doesn't fix it, and nobody else is running 6000 to 10000
mail domains successfully, then you may be a pioneer.
