Todd, Since you are using Declude JM, that won't help you.  Declude JM only uses the first DNS server listed, and if that is unavailable, your E-mail will not get delivered. Failed to use nslookup to specify the server. You hit the nail on the head. Had 2 DNS servers in IMail Admin -- the one listed first appears to be failing.
