Todd,

Since you are using Declude JM, that won't help you.  Declude JM only uses the first DNS server listed, and if that is unavailable, your E-mail will not get delivered.

Apparently, it is OK to have 2 listed, but only the first one will be
used. Is their any way to specify a backup DNS server to IMail?

I was told by imail tech support not to have two. I asked them about the
tech note and tech support told me it is better to only have one.

They could not say why.

Look for "Domain Name Server address"

Is it okay to have two dns servers (both are currently working)

listed in

the smtp settings? We currently list both dns that was

provided to us by

our T1 provider. Our cpu usage is usually around 100% during the

normal

work hours and around 24%-50% during off hours, but everything seems
normal?
Is this normal, any thoughts? Thanks.

And that appears to have been it. Spool/overflow were over 17,000

each

when I removed the dead server. They've both dropped under 15,000

in

the last 20 minutes.

Thanks again.

I just tested that I could get out from the box. Failed to use
 nslookup to specify the server.

You hit the nail on the head. Had 2 DNS servers in IMail

Admin -- the

one listed first appears to be failing. Just removed it so

hopefully

IMail can start to catch up now that it doesn't have to do

failed

lookups on the bad server before going over to the good server.

Thanks all.
