Marc, That would require setting up and maintaining an additional domain on our network. It's been considered and is not an option. Is there a way to configure iMail to process/pipe the message into a script that will send it to the Exchange server?

As soon as they are back online, their exchange server pulls down all their inbox messages. POPCon has never failed us, ever. It's got a couple nice protection mechanisms, and is even capable of anti-spam and AV in the Pro version, I think (never purchased that version, so I don't know if there's any additional settings concerns there). An alternative MIGHT be to set up an alias account on the exchange server that represents the same mailbox, and have iMail forward to the alias address... i think?
