Well, after reviewing everyone's comments and collaborating with the rest of the IT team here, I think we're going to just setup exchange to service another domain and forward the emails to accts on that new domain.
Everyone is way too busy to help me work on this and I feel I might be in over my head with some of the solutions that were presented. I'll take this route for the time being. This will give me time to learn iMail and Exchange more completely and I'll take another crack at it when I'm feeling more confident. :) Again, thank you much.
