But again, that's not what the Lycos solution does.  I would refer everyone
back to their site, and read the fine print.  They are not setting up a
complete DDoS, since they have a "balancing" system in place that simply
makes the target slower and more costly to run, but without shutting it down
entirely.

I need to go back and read what they've said... do they actually mention the
term DDoS in their docs?
