Eric, I set the reg permissions for domain admins and the user I am
logged on as to full and propagated to child objects, but still get the
same thing.  Any chance you could zip and send me the exe from your box?

I have head of troubles...I would check out your registry very
carefully, 
Unfortunately I am out of the office for the next week.  We have a tool
for 
checking IMail registry hives. Contact support for this as I don't have
a 
copy here..as of this point I have stopped using the IMail client to 
manipulate mailboxes on the server (other than looking at them, no 
transferring/deleting)
